Important notes:

Our dispatch effected exclusively insures into the whole world. Forwarding expenses are indicated accordingly in the order procedure. Speak us on if errors arise there.

for Germany:

Preset standard forwarding expenses within Germany amount to always 6.90 EUR. With smaller packings (small air cushion bags) also smaller forwarding expenses are possible. We already take over complete forwarding expenses starting from a commodity value of 150,00 EUR per order for supplies within Germany. This is considered automatically in the shop. With partial deliveries you pay naturally only once forwarding expenses. For express supplies you pay 11.90 euro. Speak us on if you information wish.

for European Union and remaining world:

Normal supplies: Austria 13.90 EUR, within the European Union and into Switzerland 17.90 EUR into all remaining countries 29.90 EUR. With partial deliveries you pay only once forwarding expenses. Forwarding expenses are void off a commodity value of 200,00 EUR per order for supplies into the European Union and into Switzerland and of 400,00 EUR per order for all supplies abroad remaining.

Express deliveries:

Within Germany 11.90 EUR, within the European Union and into Switzerland 17.90 EUR; to the USA, Canada and Mexico 34.90 EUR; to Australia, Japan and Hong Kong 37.90 EUR; into all remaining countries 50.00 EUR.

Tariffs and taxes:

For supplies into countries outside of the European union, resulting taxes and tariffs must be taken over by you. Forwarding expenses, collection fees, taxes and tariffs cannot be refunded. With feed by cash on delivery Deutsche Post and other Zusteller raise additional fees and repay (collection fee and fee for the exchange). The portion of these additional fees which can be taken over from you to amounts to 7.75 EUR. This additional fee is separately proven with the computation of forwarding expenses.
